It would be nice if the user could arbitrarily rearrange the "Analysis" and
"History" windows.  I'm wondering if you could just turn these windows into
toolbars, which would give you this functionality for free.

I don't think that we have to allow the user to undock the windows (which
toolbars allow) but if this functionality comes for free, that's fine.
